How do I create an account?


To create an account, you must first request an account from the lab. To do this, please visit the account page to submit an account request. The lab will send you a link via email (from TagLeaf) to set up your account within 1-2 business days. Note: If you have tested with PCBDL/Telic in the last six months, the lab has already created an account for you and sent an activation link via email from TagLeaf. If you haven't received it, can't locate it, or the link has expired, please contact the lab for further assistance.




How do I set up my account once I receive the activation link?

How do I order tests?


For instructions on how to order tests please refer to our TagLeaf user training manual. If you need further assistance please contact the lab. Note: You must have an account created on TagLeaf to order tests




Tested with PCBDL/Telic before and need to order tests TODAY?


The lab is undergoing a lot of changes and we understand that you might not have the time right now to learn how to use the new client account portal software. If you need to order tests in the meantime, please fill out the Chain of Custody/Sample Submission Form in its entirety and either email it to the lab or print it and ship it with your samples.
